I have always been interested in psychology and what makes us think and feel the way we do. My journey into psychotherapy and counselling started in 2013 when I qualified as an Integrative Counsellor under Greenwich University. Integrative means that many different models are integrated to provide a therapy that is tailor made and suited to you.
In 2016 I achieved an Accreditation with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a couple of years later I went on to achieve a Senior Accreditation. I'm always curious and have a keen interest in reading around the subject. I enjoy researching ideas and have written articles for The Counselling Directory and the BACP. My work with clients has evolved over the years to provide a unique and individual therapy that is exclusive to your needs. I am an em-path and highly sensitive, which means i can pick up subtle nuances, in body language, tone and energy which you may be trying to communicate, that may not be so obvious to you but they can lead to a deeper understanding. I keep a modest client list to ensure good practice and to keep my work at a high standard.
My therapy room is at home in a room overlooking the garden which is a lovely peaceful, private, calm space. I am committed to the work that i do with my clients, its a privilege to be part of this journey with you.
